All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days unless placed after 5pm which will be considered the following business day (excluding holidays). Depending on your location, your package could arrive within 2-15 business days.

Undelivered Packages Due to Customer Errors
Please confirm your address prior to completing your order to prevent delays or misplacement of your package. In addition, ensure you’re located at the address you provided during the time of the carrier’s attempt to deliver. Fire Naturals will not be held responsible for return or replacement fees resulting from customers providing incorrect, incomplete addresses or failing to collect their package(s).
Order Cancellation
If you receive a shipping notification, this indicates that an order is already processed and cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Please note that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. However, we will replace your item(s) if your package is damaged during transit. Please see below for clear instructions including deadlines.
Packages Damaged During Transit
If your package was damaged during transit, Fire Naturals will replace the entire package providing you comply to our guidelines. Customers must contact our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery to begin the return process. Pictures and/or videos indicating the damage(s) will be required and a member of our team will follow up to provide clear instructions on returning your package.
